How can I place an order?
To place an order:

Add items to the shopping cart
You can place your order either via our website or through PayPal.
If you want to complete your purchase through our website, please click on the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.
If you wish to continue your purchase through PayPal, click the PayPal button.
You will then be redirected to our customer information page. The system will ask you to enter the following details:

If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click the "Apply" button so the discount is calculated and applied to your order.
Continue by clicking the "Proceed to Shipping Method" button. Ensure you have entered the correct shipping address (if it differs from the billing address). Once you've entered all your details, click "Proceed to Payment Method."

Now, you need to enter your payment details. You will be asked whether the shipping and billing addresses match.
After filling out the form, click "Complete Order." You will be redirected to a screen with a summary of your order, along with an order confirmation displayed on the screen and a second confirmation email sent to you.

What happens if products are missing or defective in my order?
If products are missing or incorrect in your order, please contact us at [email protected]. Provide your transaction number (order number) and send us a correction copy (image file no larger than 1 MB). We will gladly send you the correct product at no extra cost and will not ask for a refund for the incorrectly delivered product! You may keep it as a gift from us.
How do I know if my order has been successfully shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details of your order.
I want to change the items I ordered. What should I do?
You can change your order until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day of placing it. To request a change, you can contact us at [email protected].

Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the quantity of an item in your cart by updating the quantity shown. You can also remove any item from your cart by clicking the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list.

First, click the "Cart" icon at the top-right of your screen. This will allow you to view all the items currently in your cart. Once you find the item you want to remove, click the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically remove the item, and the page will refresh to show the changes.
How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?
First, click the "Cart" icon at the top-right of your screen. This will allow you to view all the items in your cart along with the quantities selected for each item. To change the quantity of an item, hover over the "Quantity" field of that item and enter the desired quantity. Once done, the quantity and corresponding price (if applicable) will automatically update on the right side of the screen.
