Why is my payment failing?

Please try turning off your VPN or using a different payment method. Due to the nature of our products, payment providers may occasionally flag transactions as a security precaution. This is a standard industry practice to protect both you and us.

Why can't I pay for my large order?

There is a $275 limit per transaction to keep our payment channels stable. If your total is higher, please split it into multiple orders.

📦 Shipping 

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.During busy periods, it's normal for shipments to be delayed by 1–2 days. We appreciate your patience — your order will be on its way soon.

How long until I receive my items?

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. However, delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping distance, so we can't make a firm guarantee. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Why did my order take 20+ days to arrive? Why was my order shipped from China instead of the US?

When a new product launches, our US warehouse may not have stock immediately. Customers who want to be the first to try it can still place an order early, but shipping will take longer while the product arrives at our US facility from overseas.
We always clearly label the shipping origin on the product page. Please check the shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Will the package mention "vapes"?

No. We use stealth packaging that looks like a regular parcel.

What shows up on my billing statement?

Your statement will show regular merchandise with no mention of vape products.
