How can I place an order?

1. Add the desired items to your shopping cart.

2. Click on the cart and select “Checkout.”

3. Enter your details (email, name, address).

4. Choose your shipping method.

5. Select your payment method and enter the details.

6. Confirm the order. You will immediately receive an order confirmation by email.

How do I know if my order was successful?
Right after completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and all details.

How do I add items to my cart?
Click on “Add to Cart” for the desired item. You can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

How do I manage my shopping cart?
Click on the cart icon at the top right. There you can adjust the quantity (“Quantity”) or remove items (“Delete”).

Which payment methods do you accept?

How can I apply a discount code?
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. In the “Payment” step, you will find a field “Coupon Code.” Enter the code and click “Apply.” The discount will be deducted immediately.

Shipping & Issues

What should I do if items are missing or delivered incorrectly?
Please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Provide your order number and, in case of an incorrect delivery, send us a photo (max. 1 MB). We will promptly send you the correct item free of charge – you may keep the incorrectly delivered item.

Returns & Cancellations

How can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible on the same day until 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7). Please send your request to [email protected]. After this time, cancellation is no longer possible as the goods will already be shipped.
